Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
This policy explains what AAL Xolutions collects when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. It applies to this website, to our chat assistant, and to calls placed to our published phone number.
Who we are
AAL Xolutions LLC provides visibility and lead-generation infrastructure to small and medium businesses. You can reach us on (702) 268-2131 or through the assistant on this site.

Why we collect it
- To answer your question and recommend the right service
- To follow up about the specific thing you asked us about
- To schedule a call or meeting you asked for
- To keep an accurate record of what was discussed and what you agreed to
Text messages and your mobile number
We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. This applies with no exceptions.
We will only text you if you have given us permission to do so. You give that permission by ticking the optional SMS box on our Text Message Program page or in the request-a-call form in our site chat. The box is never pre-ticked and never required, and it covers text messages only. We record when you gave it and the exact wording you agreed to.
Messages we send relate to the request you made: confirming a call, sending information you asked for, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies with your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Full detail is in our SMS Terms.
Consenting to messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. If you say no, we will still help you; we will just do it by the method you prefer.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to actually run the business. They process information on our behalf and only for that purpose:
- Our customer relationship manager, which stores your enquiry so we can follow it up
- Our telephony provider, which carries calls and messages
- Our email provider, which delivers email we send you
That is the full list of categories. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or lead resellers, and we do not sell it to anybody.
We will disclose information if we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid court order.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are doing business with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have a record of what was agreed. Records of consent are kept for as long as we may need to prove we had permission to contact you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
- Stop email. Use the unsubscribe link, or ask us.
- See what we hold. Ask us and we will tell you.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask us and we will remove it, except where we are required to keep a record.
To make any of these requests, call (702) 268-2131.
Security
Information is held in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle your phone number or messaging consent will not be applied retroactively to consent you already gave under different terms.
